two birds or four breasts
1-10 ¾ oz cream of chicken soup
½ c apple cider
1 T + 1 t of worcestershire sauce
½ c chopped onion
1 clove garlic (chop up fine)
½ c fresh mushrooms
paprika

Sprinkle with paprika generously after you have basted thoroughly. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste frequently. Sprinkle more paprika and bake 1/2 to 1 hour more.

Take two sheets of foil and crimp the edges like a pan. Pour a generous amount of olive oil onto the sheets. Place the filets onto the sheets, generously apply Morton seasoning, pepper, and garlic onto the filets. Slice up green, orange and yellow peppers and apply generously to the filets. Apply sliced onions to the filets. Add another sheet of foil to the top and crimp the edges. Bake at high heat and check frequently until fish is flaky.
