The Divas' favorite places...
Head downtown for eating adventures in the city. Every neighborhood has hidden eating and drinking gems. Choosing where to eat is an amazing challenge and adventure. You can sample some of NYC's best without creating a budget crisis. Remember, be adventurous...you really cannot go wrong! Here are a few of my favorites.

Charming, historic downtown Aiken, SC has an unexpected abundance of creative menus.
Here are a few suggestions.
Cafe Rio Blanco is a small cozy spot on Laurens Street. Cuban fare is the specialty
and Saturdays are special paella night, with a reservation. The owner/chef is friendly and
accommodating.
The Pizza Joint has hand tossed dough crusts, with fresh ingredients. Perfect for casual dining or take out, making this "joint" very popular.
Maliaʼs is a fine dining experience. Fresh fish selections are featured and a beautifully braised lamb shank was yum! Fresh baked bread, choice of salads, choice of starch and a fresh vegetable are included with the entrees.
And my favorite...dinner at Judyʼs. Judy served Paula Deanʼs Hot Chicken Salad. Perfect for a large group. Serve with a salad and garlic bread...you will be a star!
