This was my first menu for our gourmet group. It was a lovely evening at Stoneygate
Farm.
Redoing this menu brings back fond memories of our beautiful and pastoral, animal-friend filled farm.
The menu was the creation of Lori De Mori, a Californian, living in Italy.
