Meredith is my ”wine and only” daughter. She and Patrick don’t have much spare time with both work and grad school. Her love of cooking has carried over to their love of cooking.
This quick lunch idea was first introduced to them by Patrick's little sister, who is a vegan. They have perfected it and made it their own.

8 oz tube of Pillsbury Crescent Original dough
Preheat oven as indicated on crescent dough package.
Open crescents and place flat on cookie sheet. In a food processor (preferably a small one) add garlic, basil, pine nuts, olive oil, salt and pepper. Blend until finely minced. Spread onto crescent triangles. Starting at the larger end, begin to roll up the crescent. Bake at indicated temp and time on crescent packaging. |
