Use mint oreos. Delicious!
 
 

1 package oreos
1 - 8-oz package cream cheese
chocolate for dipping the balls in: white chocolate, milk chocolate chips

  1. Crush a package of oreos and mix with cream cheese,
  2. Roll into balls. 
  3. Place on cookie sheet and put in refrigerator to harden.
  4. Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
  5. Decorate if you wish…
  6. Refrigerate until chocolate sets
