1. Fill ramekins with frozen mixed berries.

2. Slice a piece of sugar cookie dough. (buy prepared dough ) Center slice on fruit.

3. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes. The top should be golden, the berries bubbling.

4. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
