(This recipe has been in my family for 75 years.)
Slice thin as many potatoes as you need in a roaster. Chop about 1/2 cup onion and sprinkle over the potatoes, add some salt and pepper. Last, pour cream over potatoes until it almost covers the potatoes. For a little variation, you may add some cubed ham or bacon, but not necessary. Bake at 350 at least an hour or until done. |
