Makes 20 canapes Place a teaspoon of the avocado puree on top of the crostini and garnish with a tomato half. |
crostini 20 1/2 inch thick slices of day old French bread olive oil Preheat oven to 350F. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet brushed with olive oil. Brush the bread with olive oil and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. |

olive oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar salt and pepper Preheat the oven to 300F. Cut the tomatoes in half, place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Roast for about 30 minutes. |

5 1/2 ounces of creamy goat cheese 1/2 lemon, zest and juice 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 garlic clove peeled 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce salt and pepper To make the pureé, place all the ingredients in a blender and pureé until smooth. |
