divine shrimp dip

1/2 C chili sauce
1-8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C mayo
1/4 C onion, very finely chopped
1 T horseradish
6-8 oz cooked, cooled shrimp, chopped

  1. 1. Blend the chili sauce into the softened cream cheese. Fold in mayo, onion, and horseradish. Add chopped shrimp.
    2. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
    3. Garnish with a few whole shrimp and chopped Italian parsley
    4. Serve with assorted crackers.
